Drug Screen refusal and Hazmat

Two years ago during a dark period in my life, I refused a dot drug screening. Will that affect my ability to get a hazmat endorsement?

That refusal will haunt you in this industry for the rest of your life.... especially now, as the FMCSA, ELD's and insurance carriers take over
