I have been married for 25 years to a truck driver. We are divorcing for all reasons imaginable. It truly sucks. My question is about his rig.

Do I get half of profit when he sells it?

This last commentor that downed you, I would ignore it. The person, of course, either is a trucker or a trucker's wife, telling you to just let him be, yeah right, you go girl and I hope you can sue the crap out of him. My husband has friends that are truckers and they are horrible.

Well mine is one too and since he has taken up trucking, he has changed! I agree with you that it does suck and wow after 25 years you are divorcing him, my friends call truckers whore chasers, well whore chaser is a 11-letter word and so is truck driver!

I wish you the best, good luck, but ask a divorce atty on advice of his truck, don't let him profit the whole amount for himself that he winds up paying for all the scants he can find and I hope your next man will not be another trucker!
