ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 I WOULD RATE DANNY HERMAN AN 8. LETS FACE IT EVERYONE COULD USE SOME IMPROVEMENTS.

FOR THE 6 MONTHS I HAD THE PLEASURE OF DRIVING FOR DANNY HERMAN IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY DRIVING CAREER, NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE THE MILES THE PAY WAS GREAT. THE ONLY REASON I LEFT THEM WAS BECAUSE I WANTED TO START MY OWN BUSINESS.

OTR doesn’t get easier than DHT NEW

Average Length of Haul 1450 Miles...No Refers & No Snow Chains...No NorthWest, No NorthEast & No Florida...Multiple Company Owned Yards & Shops...60% Drop & Hook...Quiet Qualcomm...Light Loads are common...Nice People, Relaxed Environment.

I drive for Danny Herman Trucking. It has been the best experience of my driving career. These are GREAT folks to work for. I believe this experience is what every driver anticipates, but most companies do not deliver to the driver. I left US Xpress after 9 years, because they were sliding downhill very rapidly. Danny Herman seldom gives you a short haul or a BS deadhead. The average length of haul is 1400 miles. AND.....THEY DO NOT GIVE YOUR LOADS TO THE RAILROAD!!! If you pick up a load in Ohio going to California, then YOU pull it to California. Payroll is ALWAYS correct and deposited on time. And you don't have to keep trying to call to get dispatch or maintenance on the phone!!
I give these folks a 10!!!
