Changes too close to hire me

I have been trying to get my cdl but every place I try turned me down for paid training because I got two felonies one in 2010 and one n two 2011 but have been in no problems in 7yrs trying to change my life (my father told me on his death bed in 2011) to change my life and I have been trying so hard but I only get doors closed to me no company will give me paid training.

Millis Transfer has their own cdl school in Eden,NC and hires ex-cons.
Goodwill Industries will pay for cdl school; free to you. Google : Goodwill Industries CDL school North Carolina. After graduation here are some companies that hire ex-cons :
Carolina Cargo
TransAm
Roadtex Transportation
Senn Freight Lines
The state of North Carolina might pay for cdl school; Google : WIOA Program North Carolina.
Goodwill and WIOA will want pre-hire letters before spending money on your for school. Those 4 companies I listed that hire ex-cons will give you pre-hire letters.
