How is everyone doing? I'm a class A driver i've been having my CDL since 2006. I got a felony in 2008 i was bringing my wife her pain medication from home. I got pulled over while i was on my way to her. i didn't have the rx bottle on me so they arrested me. I was bringing the case to trial and they kept continuing it over and over and over. Then when it was finally time for it to go to trial i was in the court house for four days. Then they said that i had to come back again the next day. At that time i was the only income in my household and with missing almost a week of work i was not financially able to miss another day. So i pleaded guilty to the charge.

I'm going to be able to get it expunged but i have to wait until it's three years old. I just wish someone would give me a second chance to prove myself.

I am a very hard worker,i love being a truck driver,and i'm very loyal to my employers. I hope to own my own trucking business in the future.

P.S. to all the drivers with a felony don't give up there is companys out there that will hire you but it won't be otr companys.You will have to go to local companys and some of them won't hire you but there is companys out there you just have to keep trying.NEVER GIVE UP and GOD BLESS!!!!
