Cdl holder fails non dot/non cdl drug test at a third party doctors office,

I am a cdl holder, I am also enrolled in a suboxone program. I am allowed to take the suboxone and hold a cdl job. I failed a (non dot/non cdl) drug test at the sub doctors office. They said they needed to turn it in(since I have a cdl) to the place where I did my medical card evaluation, and then that place is responsible for turning it in.
My question is, since I failed a non dot/non cdl drug test, will it have any affect on me? Where does the failed drug test get turned into? If it's not related to my cdl at all, is there any weight to them turning it in? Will I have to complete any kind of program or will I get randomly screened by my employer?
