Athens, GA driver looking for job and second chance

At the end of August 2011 i was driving for Schneider National and i was involved in a lane change side swipe accident, my fault, no injuries, i got a ticket "Driver to exercise due care" $100 fine and 4 points. Unfortunately i failed DOT drug test, THC. I have been calling companies and putting applications in ever since with no luck, almost 2 years now, witch also brings up no recent driving experience now. I'm hoping that there is someone willing to give me a second chance. Other than the accident, i have 5 years driving experience with clean record.
