A career of my own while I ride along with otr husband

I am a licensed life/health independent insurance agent whose husband is an otr driver. Both of us prefer traveling as a pair with myself as his rider. This has put my career to a halt.
My question to the forum, are there any 'jobs' or careers that any would accommodate my 'rider' status and I could do as he drove?
