35 year old male in Texas

I just recently graduated from Trucking school with my class A CDL. I have 18 years of experience in the field of construction - including driving tandems, loading, booming and 42 foot gooseneck hauling.

I have a felony on record from 7.5 years ago and I am having a hard time getting a trucking job because of it. I have a solid work history and excellent references.
