2nd time trying this lifestyle

I have been with my boyfriend now for bout a month he's an OTR trucker and outta the month I saw him for 4 days which really sucks. I don't know when I will see him again we talk and text every day, except when he's visiting his kids in Texas with his ex wife..
I have dated a trucker before. Been out on the road and been hurt by my ex. Found out my ex was married in a different state, and he had different girl friends at different truck stops. This guy seems a lot different but my trust issue is very slim.
He says he loves me and wants to be with me, we have agree to take it slow I don't wanna rush into this too quick. considering I work at a truck stop and I hear a lot of stories from different truckers some good and some bad.
I just need to make friends of other truckers girlfriends or wife.
