Does anyone know about the new CSA2010?

I am new to trucking and got a warning because I missed a temporary scale on the side of the road. As soon as I saw the scale (it was by a big bush partially hidden) I stopped. The officer did not site me, just gave me a warning.

I passed the inspection, but when I gave the paperwork to my employer, they gave me a six point internal safety point violation. Will this show up on CSA2010?

The warning paper had code 292.2 on it, which I researched--all it says is that is a generic code for not following local laws. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to keep my record clean for hopes of finding a better job once I obtain OTR experience.

Information about CSA2010

JD, since its a warning I don't know if it will show up or not. Going to be challenging to keep a clean record with the CSA2010 regs now but the main thing to remember is pay close attention to detail.

Blown lightbulbs, bad tires, etc all gets points put on your driver record.

Here is more info about the CSA 2010.
