Georgia DOT Pulls a driver over in Tennessee
by: The Crazy Trucker

I would think that if the lights were flashing on you when you were in Georgia that the DOT or highway patrol can cross the line behind you at least for a certain distance.

I am not 100% certain though.

To be 100%certain call the Tennessee and Georgia Department of Transportation and Division of Motor Vehicles.

You might also want to contact a Georgia traffic or commercial vehicle lawyer.

Would love to know what you find out.

Curious...

Did he/she have the lights on before you crossed in to the state of Tennessee?

Did you see him/her and thought you would try to get across the line and they would stop?

The DOT pulled me over and gave me an inspection
