Company says no guns for drivers

My company says no firearms in the truck . I have my permit and am legal and would like to carry in the states im a loud. My question is if stopped and I inform to the d o t I am carrying and its legal would they report it to my company????

The DOT is likely going to call your company and ask if a firearm is permitted in their truck. And a lot of companies don't allow them.

I never carried a gun in 13 years and never had a situation where I needed one.

My 2 cents do what you want.

It is legal to possess a firearm as long as you are in compliance and dot understands.

However, if I wanted to keep my job with this company you should follow thier rules or just find another place to drive for.
