Legal to drive dump truck. NEW
by: Anonymous

Yes, the dump truck driver is supposed to be legally licenced with in the class of truck he was driving.
The medical card issue wouldn't contribute to putting him at fault, only a fine until he could show proof of having a medical card which by law is supposed to be registered at your local D.M.V. to match your c.d.l.

How bout everyone. Fact passing in a no passing would almost certainly mean it's the pickup's fault.

As for the driver with no cdl and med card he will suffer his own legal problems... Like never getting his cdls ever.
