~If this is in reference to getting hired on with a trucking company, I suggest you call them and ask them how old your felony has to be. You can then compare their answers to that question, as well as, any other questions you may have regarding any other concerns.~

Recent trucking school grad? They should have done a background on you and if they found a felony and accepted you anyway then you may be able to take legal actions. They should help you find a job but your options are going to be limited for any big carrier with a felony. Try craigslist and look for a small company that won't care.
