Call the cops

Get a report

The officer generally will NOT state who is at fault, he will just take your statements

Hire an attorney, especially if you rearended the guy

You are supposed to get yourself into a drug consortium immediately after $500 damage. You don't have much of a window there.

The other guy will prob get an attorney and sue your company (insurance)


Report everything, statements, pictures of everything... take your drug test voluntarily
