What age can i go to trucking school and get my CDL

Well I am wondering how old do i have to be to go to trucking school and what are the requirements. How many years of Trucking School do I need to become an OTR? or do they all go to trucking school in the same time and end in the same time?

P.S your information really helps me. i will be thankful if you get a chance to answer this.

You can go to school at age 18 and get a CDL, but cannot drive interstate until 21, if anybody will hire you (before 23). Schools start at any time, and usually last about 4 weeks. You could be an O/O from day 1, if you can buy a truck/trailer. Anybody can get "authority". Stop by anytime if you need more info. Jimmy
