Should I notify my employer about a city ordinance speeding violation

I received a violation of city ordinance speeding. The officer told me that it’s not a speeding ticket and it wouldn’t affect my records what should I do

No it has vco in the comments section that’s all. I called and was told they don’t send those violations out they handle those in the office and it won’t go against my records

It's not a speeding ticket, so, was there a fine ? A court date ? What does the actual citation say on it ?

Does it say something like "cited for 50mph in a 35 zone" ? Jimmy
