If you were legally parked and you called the police maybe you will find out who did it and get compensated for it.

Otherwise you might have to rely on your own insurance.

Maybe someone near you had a video surveillance camera recording.

Most professional drivers would stop.
Because if you are caught it can be the end of your driving career.

Are you sure it was a semi?

I would believe this was either a new driver, or an illegal alien.
