Oil consumption and power

So I'm in a 2015 international with179k miles and we are burning a little over a gallon a week is that normal?

Also we just notice a loss of power with our truck, we were hauling a load and it just didn't have the normal pick up it usually does when I had same weight loads?

I had Cruz set at 65 and went on a over pass by the time I got to the top of over pass I was doing 57. This over pass is not a steep upgrade like mountainous roads normal over pass as in
