Need help fast!!!

So I started working or an owner operator contractor for werner been with them in total of 60 days. I no longer want to work for this owner. He threatened to strip me of my license. Mind you I have had my cdl prior to this job or over three years. But was not a certified otr driver. It feels like he is trying to trap me into working for him. I have no and nor will I ever sign a contract with them.

I need advice and quickly. So please help a new trucker out

HI,
He cannot strip you of your license. If you have had it for 3 years and have a good record why not just switch companies? There are a ton of companies out there looking for people. And I daresay you may find someone better.

You mean to tell me that a WEINER driver is threatening you?

The only reason he is even 'attempting' to threaten you is because you are naive to the trucking industry.

I can't even imagine what would happen between he and I if he even attempted to threaten me over ANYTHING that had to do with trucking....

While I sit and wait for him to try to back into the dock.

Leave this dude. Just walk away. Trust me, there is NOTHING he can do... except talk.

If he owes you many, you may have to sue him, but then I would add a few things to that lawsuit besides back-pay.

I wonder how many violations I could find if I did a quick inspection on him, his truck, and his operation.....

Something is missing from this story

The guy can't strip you of your license. He can't make you work for him either. There is no certifications for OTR. If you didn't leave anything out unless I missed something here, I don't see any reason for you to worry.

Seems to me though there is something missing from this story. It doesn't make sense.
