My DM kept me out past expiration of my temp cdl a ,what are my options?

I finished all phases of training ,and drove approx 1month solo with no problems or violations.DM was aware of exp date of license and said he would get me home to renew license.


License expired while I was on the dock delivering my last load. I had to drive with expired license to turn in my truck in Dallas,Tx.
