At the present time, at 7. The Company just absorbed Willis Shaw Express (WSE). Although the transition should have been completed by 01/01/2014, there are still a lot of areas that need addressing. Communication being the key element.
I believe once the transition is cemented and everyone is "Clicking" on the same page it will rate much higher. I like the fact that MCT treats Drivers as Adults and for the most part Professionals.
As Drivers, we also need to act, dress and overall be Professional. All companies have their good and bad sides. Its how you deal with it. So far, I am pleased to a point. As a Professional and I consider myself that part, I am always looking, trying, seeking better ways to do the job.
