Well ive been driving for this company for a year and a half and i just got caught with less then a gram of weed. Can this possession charge stop me from driving again?

Yes it will. All drug charges/convictions must turn 5 to 10 years or more dependin on the company. I had to wait 10 years after my misdemeanor possession of marij before could get a otr driving job.
