I Have Sleep Apnea - What are the rules?

I have sleep Apnea and am having a tough time finding out the rules. Do I have to have a sleep study every 12 months or do I need to show that I use my machine regularly?

My only sleep study was about 3 years ago and they are about 900.00 per study here.
