i got fired for damages to the interior of my rig. Can I fix this mess? Will I ever drive again?

I drove a 2014 kw. I was fired for removing the mattresses and carpet. The day I was let go I removed a xm radio I had glued to the dash and ruined the foam dash.

I know I messed up bad. But am I able to fix my situation?
