How will taking pain meds affect my CDL?

i recently had back surgery i have Indiana class b cdl its time formy physical but because of pain meds i know i wont pass what happens and will my regular license be suspended also

you can ask questions to the DMV over the phone and not required to give up your name. You can also look up it up on the website.
