Help!!!

I don't know what I want to talk about, I am sitting here alone as usual. He is working been gone for two days over the road.

I am on my way to disability, so I don't drive, or work. We just moved very far from everyone we knew he could get this job opportunity!

I am soon to be 26 years old, and I am fighting my insecurities, and now... always being alone... does anyone understand?

Gene,

He has only been gone for 2 days?

Do you know why you have the insecurities that you mentioned? Is there trust issues or do you feel this way because of what ever is causing the disability.

You have to determine what is causing the insecurity and address that at the root.

If it is because of the relations, maybe you two need a relationship coach.

If it is because of you not being satisfied with yourself, maybe you should get into some counseling.

whatever is bothering you, get at the root of the issue. don't waste a lot of time dealing with the symptoms of the real problem.

As far as loneliness, I know it is not the same as him but get into some group activities like Zumba or a hobby that you like or maybe some community college courses.

Find a productive way to spend some of the free time.
