Feeling lost

My husband is new truck driver in training for 1 week now. I haven't talk to him much at all .I am starting to worry but trying to stay positive.

I need some advice. Do these truck drivers have time to cheat? I don't know what to think anymore just lost. I been with him for 20 years but its been rocky for the last five years.

I am a faithful wife.

Im the wife of a truck driver and i've been with my husband on a couple of trips and no! They do not have time to cheat they bearly have time to eat, they bearly sleep dont worry about that ! Stay positive ! Forget all the bad stuff it's hard out their on the road

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Training is very intense for the first 6-8 weeks. Keep in mind that it's big adjustment for him too. You don't really have a lot of time to talk on the phone especially with a trainer. Just be patient and allow him to get adjusted to this new life. I'm the wife of a truck driver and I remember the first few weeks of his training was so intense that he wanted to quit. You need to concentrate on being his support system when he does call and vent to you. You both will eventually find a "new normal"... Good luck.
