I would say a five for now. I only have six months experience but feel things could be a lot different.
Started in march 2011 ran as a team getting solo miles. Been solo since April usually stay out a month. This time I been out seven weeks.
In between truck being in the shop and barely getting 1500 are less miles I was trying to stay positive but that's not working. Trucks are decent looking but stay in the shop to much.
Dispatch depending what shift and area can be good are bad. They weekends can be nightmares. Lies about what they have and dont have. Favoritism through and through.
