I would give the company 8 or 9. Depending what terminal you work out of. Its all ltl frieght, home every night.

Slow times they need to layoff people. I am out of a terminal in NC, and the terminal manager there sucks big time. Sad people get out of truck into manager and become stupid. The pay is good if working. Like said slow time. I sit home collect unemployment for last few months.

If worked each night I should clear 60 - 70,000 year or more. They used to let us go to other terminals to help out but that all stopped.

Guess they want to pay us to sit at home. Hard to find local work that pays as good as they do. Sitting home is like being paid 15 hour.

Most local around pays 10 - 13 at most.
