disqualification for life

I recently got a DWI in NH. I was charged with first offense. I also had one in 1992. Will this disqualify me for life.

I didn't have a cdl in 92 and I have heard the rules were recently changed. does anyone know if this will affect me.

just an opinion NEW

circumstances be damned there driver. if this guy has been busted twice for drinking and driving if he has a cdl or not i believe he should not be allowed on the road period much less ever get a job again. fella im not lecturing you for what you did. but i personally believe those were horrible choices made. careless and disrespectful. complete lack of thought or care for anyone else on the road much less yourself.

eligibility NEW

If you have 2 DWIs from before 2005 when the federal regulations were put into place, then you may be eligible in some states, as you are eligible according to the federal regulation.

he didn't ask for a lecture, he asked for an answer so go to your church and preach there. sometimes bad things happen to good people and you have no idea of this person's circumstances!!!

Two DUI's?
by: Anonymous

With two DUI's in a life time, you should start planning a new profession. It does not matter if one was a CDL offense and the other was not.

All the best to you, and remember Jesus loves and died for you:<)
