Can a company hold my last check because thy say they can't find my logs from 3 months ago.

Don't you have a copy of the logs? They are probably just trying to make you check and turn in something that you forgot to turn in. I doubt they are trying to keep your money.

I have missed a sheet before and didn't know it, looked back found it and turned it in.

Check and make sure you didn't forget to turn it in.
