Over all the school is awesome! The instructors are very knowledgeable and personable. The owner is loud and exuberant, but only looking out for your best interest and everyone on the road you will be next to. The trucks are a bit dated, but really would you let a newbie drive your brand new truck? The instructors are certified to teach and administer all test for the state of North Carolina. That means if you put in hard work and study you will leave with a CDL without having to make an appointment with DMV. After 4 weeks you are done, unless you have trouble then they will do their best to help you succeed.
Two big thumbs up.
Also if you are laid off and qualify you can apply for an wia program and may have the state provide you the money to learn.
