Your license cant be suspended for failing UNLESS you were tested at a weigh station or something along those lines and fined with a offense. Best way to avoid this...DON'T DO DRUGS! If you want to do drugs then stay off the road and out of the big trucks cause no one wants you on the road. If you think your slick and above the law it will catch up with you. Hopefully you get caught before you kill someone
