Can my company go into the sleeper area anytime they want?

Everytime I bring my truck into the shop, at my company terminal, for inspection they always want to open the curtain and go into the sleeper area without me being present I'm not sure if they are going thru my things or not, is there any law about that?

They have the right to inspect it to make sure you are not destroying their property.

As for your things? Don't leave anything valuable. I know when I was company driver, they made sure you knew that they inspected the entire truck.
