can i get pass a dot physical with prior mental illness

i failed a dot physical when i told the docter i was on medication for a mental illness about 6 months ago.i have stopped taking my medication and dont see a psychiatrist anymore.is it possible to pass the dot physical now and get a cdl.ty

The easiest thing to do would be to call the same Dr that you were at when you took the first physical and discuss with him the situation.

I assume that if you were taking meds it was prescribed by Dr. If you no longer have illness, I don't see why not taking the meds would hold you back. Having said that, it is not a response by me from first hand knowledge or research.

I am sure the details of the situation matter. We don't know the details
