Can an driver still drive for his company after he has been involved and ticketed for a rear end accident. The victim was taken to the hospital and the car was totaled. The victim had neck and back injuries.

PJ, that depends on your company whether they will allow you to continue driving.

You are supposed to notify the company though.

Hope it works out for you man.

By the way were you in the truck or the car. If you were in the truck, you were supposed to go to hospital and get a drug and alcohol test too. That will be a problem, if you didn't get that done.
