Can a 12.7 60 series detroit engine be turned up to 550 hp?

Im about a year or better away but i plan on being an owner operator. Most carriers want 5 years old or newer trucks but seem to be ok with glider kit trucks as long as the powertrain is professionally overhauled.

For fuel economy and reliability i was considering a freightshaker cascadia with a 12.7 Detroit with a 13 speed and 3:55s. From what i understand the highest factory rating for this engine is 500hp and 1550 ft lb torque.

Can this engine be safely tuned to say 550 or 575 and 1850 without risking reliability issues?
