Any co.that will hire a recent cdl grad. with a misd.charge thats less than one yr. old?

I have a felony from 18 yrs. ago and a couple of misd. charges from 1999. That isn't my problem, its a misd. theft charge that I finally plead guilty to in Feb. of 2011. Co.s keep turning me down because its not old enough.

Please help with names of co.s that might would hire me. I have a perfect driving record since I got my license at age 16. I did a 240 hr cdl course in May-June.

Also just completed a 2 week "refresher" course,to be then told NO because of misd. charge. I would be so grateful for any help or ideas.
