Will False Positive result affect my app

Hi guys,

I have 2 situation. First, a year ago I had a company mandated hair follicle test which resulted in false positive as i was told. This is from taking Nyquil Severe.

Will it affect my application if i decide to drive again? I waited a year to make sure its not in my system anymore. Second, since i was terminated i was not able to finish my 120K miles contract.

Will this also affect when applying for a trucking job? Thank you in advance
