Will companies rent a reefer or flat bed from me

With the theme of the question above, do trucking companies allow me to buy a reefer or flat bed trailer and lease it to the company to use?

If so, will they procure loads, maintain, pay taxes, and of course, send me weekly income for using?

If this is possible, how do I locate national carriers that will work like this. For instance, JB Hunt, Celedon, Werner, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
