My husband is OTR and we have 4 children, two at home. Some days it's hard because he's not around to do the hard stuff, fix the car. But, we make it work.

Our girls are 12 and 14 and they talk to him daily and we also talk daily. We miss him but we don't sit around and mope. We do things together and have fun.
