Is there data on internal organ damage as à cause of death for drivers before airbag suspensions?

Rubber suspension blocks, stiff suspensiom springs and mechanically suspended driver seats were common.

Local LTL drivers in the early 70's often had damaged organs after retirement as one of the major health concern.

Are there driver health studies from this périod.
