I also am just starting out as a truckers wife. My fiance whom I've been with for 12 years just started his training the end of December and he's not been home since. I know the length of time will not always be this long but this has been so much harder than I thought it would be. I trust him and he trusts me but there are days this seperation is unbareable! Not to mention we are almost at the end of his inheritance that has been paying the bills while he's been in school. He gets very little training pay and they keep jerking him around telling him he has more miles to complete to get in his own truck. Needless to say it's been more than taxing on us both!
