License suspended for not showing proof of insurance

I got my CDL suspended because the other company didnt show proof of insurance at the time of the accident. Is it the company fault or the police officers fault for not getting the insurance info from me

You could not have had your license suspended because another company did not show P.O.I.(proof of insurance) Im assuming you were in an accident in your big truck? It sounds like your license was suspended because you didn't show P.O.I. or if you did it was out of date? Did you show up for your Cort date? Maybe it was suspended for failure to appear? I don't know but your license was suspended because of something you did or didn't do not because of some other company or drivers actions.
