kelli ( truckers princess)

(coshocton ohio)

hi everyone, i am the fiance of a otr trucker. he has been a trucker for 1 1/2 years now. i was in the truck with him and our dog ( pais) for a year. although living fulltime in a truck was not for me i still support him in trucking.

i am at home now while he is gone for 2 to 3 weeks at a time and it is hard, especially since we were together 24/7 for a year. i keep myself busy and try alot of new things such as..... reupholestering my loveseat redoing old furniture and building doll houses.

i also experiment with hair, nails, and make up. we now share paris... some weeks she will stay with me but most of the time she is with him in the truck. she loves being in the truck. sadly we have no children, not that we have not tried.

We just moved to a small town called coshocton ohio from the city of Lorain ohio. we are staying with friends in their very large basement, that i have set up into a studio apt for us. its actually very nice, warm, and cozy.

i love him very much and trust him out there, but it is lonely so i decided i would try to join this group and try to meet like minded ladies.

Not staring at the wall
by: Hervy

Glad to see that you are not sitting around staring at the wall. Keep investigating interests and hobbies like you are doing. In addition to being open to meeting other Trucker Wives.

Also, if you haven't already, consider researching the area of improving chances of getting pregnant with regards to health and nutrition. That info will help you out in more ways than one.

In addition to giving something to talk about, look forward to talking about and it is something that you are both interested in. (Assuming that he is also interested in it happening)

Those conversations and common interests will help keep the relationships strong even as you are also pursuing other interests as well.

Unless his plans are to drive forever, you also want to consider spending some of your free time looking into ways of earning an extra income. Please think outside of the box. (I see that the place you live in is kind of off the beaten path.)

Writing a book to self publish, telling story...(everybody has one) or sharing your experiences.

Designing artwork for T-shirts and opening an online shop....

You get the picture....
