Don’t listen to anonymous and his/her rant. I’ve driven for this company and it is a top notch organization from top to bottom. Plenty of miles and great pay. Dependable equipment in great shape. Excellent dispatch, the best I’ve ever worked with. The owner is also a driver and there is not one thing Steve would ask you to do that he wouldn’t, or hasn’t done himself. If you love to drive you owe it to yourself to call Steve and check it out.

Ps- the bonus is real, I received mine after my sixth trip as I was told I would. Honesty, integrity, and character, that’s SmartWay Trucking!!

Nothing but liars! Pay based on fuel Mileage (scam) will lure you in with nice equipment then stick you in a garbage can! Supposed bonus after 6th trip, but doubtful that anyone with common sense would even stick around that long. Will make nowhere’s near the amount of money they tell you. Best bet would be to run far from this company.

Not worth your time. Previous reviewer is absolutely correct. .30cpm is what you will make. He will advertise way more but is full of crap!

They will con you in with a truck that gets good fuel mileage then stick you with one that seems to have been totaled and one time. Doors don’t close right, tires wear irregulary. Always having problems with the engines and results in horrible pay. They go through employees every month or less. Don’t waste your time. You will be lucky to average .30/mi. Sincerely, Everyone who has ever worked there.

These people do a good job keeping you rolling. When you're out you're working hard but the pay is good. They don't bug you when you're home to go out when you don't want to run.
