Florida--single mom trying to get a second chance!!!!

I was convicted of a drug felony in 9/2004, and served my time. Since my release I had held the same job until being let go a year ago. Since living in Florida the only help I could get for schooling, etc. was to get my CDL.

I have accomplished that as of 2/2010, and have a clean driving record. Now I am just trying to find a company that would be willing to give me a chance to prove myself to them. Will work local or OTR, doesn't matter what type of load. Would love to be a team driver with someone!!

Have a 15 year old son(who will be watched by my parents while I work) and am honestly just trying to keep my life on track and get a decent job!!

I know that I have made mistakes, and I am still paying for them, but, I have tried very hard to turn my life around and am still trying everyday!! I just need a little help---and I hope that there is some company, somewhere that is willing to give me a chance to prove myself!!
