First offense implied consent with DUI dropped to reckless, both 1 year old

I'm wanting to get my CDL class A but don't have it yet. I can't get it until I get my regular license reinstated in 3 months. I do have my 2 year heavy equipment diploma from a tech school with 3 years experience working on trucks, and have already aced the online CDL practice tests. Since then and for the last 4 years I've been a manager of a pizza restaurant and bar and train servers to pour beer. I got the above charges in my car going home from work when I hit a deer and lost control hitting power pole. That night I had a lot of beer spilled on my shirt from spatter from the taps. We were busy and shorthanded, and with no clean shirt had to drive home smelling like beer. I wasn't drinking that night and never drink and drive. We arent allowed to drink at work even off the clock. When trooper came on scene and said he smelled beer, I realized I couldn't have found a worse place to be in that instant with beer soaked in my shirt. I said it's on my shirt I swear, I work at a bar and have it spilled on me. I told him to smell my breath to prove myself and even agreed to a breath test but he said NO and that he got to choose which test. He wanted a blood sample and I said "NO I HATE NEEDLES!, IM NOT GOING TO HOSPITAL ANYWAY because I HAVE NO MAJOR INJURIES OR HEALTH INSURANCE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING!!" Long story short, even though I was innocent I took the charges over going to hospital and paying thousands for care due to lack of insurance just because the dickhead cop wanted blood, and YES I still came out better than if I had medical bills to go along with all the other BS. So does anyone know any company that for sure hire rookie drivers with these charges 1 year old? NOT 3-10 years old but 1 year old I'm looking to work now not later and I'm 100% dedicated to the job and a diligent person. I'm the type to stay with a company a long time if treated fairly. Respect gets respect with me. Im 30, Single, no kids or even a wife or girlfriend to hold me back. Any helpful replies appreciated I just need a second chance here.

if you don't know of any companies then your response isn't needed. You don't know the cop or you would have said the same thing. He was being unreasonable.

Later he actually got a month unpaid leave for giving someone a dui for being in back seat and it resulting in a lawsuit.

I think what you refer to as "dickhead cop" fells the same as you. Respect gets respect.
